You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations, is fraudulent, or transmits unsolicited commercial communications. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at any time without notice.

3. Booking an assessment

Submitting a booking request via our website does not constitute a confirmed appointment. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline a booking request at our discretion. All assessments are subject to clinical suitability and availability.

4. Fees and payment

Our current assessment fees are displayed on our Services page. Fees must be paid in full prior to or at the time of your appointment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer and major debit and credit cards. All fees are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend our fees at any time; any change will be communicated to you before your appointment.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice by contacting us at [email protected] or by telephone. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the appointment fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend without notice, may result in the full fee being charged. We will endeavour to reschedule your appointment at the earliest available time.

6. Clinical reports

Following your assessment, we will provide a written clinical report within the timescale confirmed at the time of booking (typically two weeks). Reports are provided for the purposes stated at the time of assessment. We cannot guarantee that a report will meet the specific requirements of any third party (such as an employer, school, or insurer) and accept no liability if a report is not accepted for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you in connection with any assessment or service shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that service.
